Found an ad for this app in ValuPak coupons. By "local" they mean Walmart - there were no other local options here in Los Angeles. The only online option appeared to be Amazon.

Scan function failed. No app support
When originally installed, this app worked. It has since stopped scanning and no app support is available
Dont waste your time!
Still only gives Amazon price. Local price function not working.
